Have I got your attention? Now lets talk about the most important thing..Me!! I insist, buyers first. Please, be my guest. Climb up my stairs up to my front door. You'll notice on the way up my full garage on the ground level and my large and beautiful palm tree adjacent to my stairs. Oh, I see you've reached my deck. Go on, take a look around! Do you like having a good view of the marsh and Intracoastal? How about the symmetry and pleasant design of my other neighboring homes? Don't forget those incredible Topsail sunsets! Hey, you better be ready! I'm not finished impressing you yet.
Come on in, and sit down on my couch. Yes, that one on the right. Make sure that you open the blinds and let all that sunshine in. You see how my living room joins my kitchen? Its fully furnished and has new paint all throughout! Not a bad option for when you want to have over some dinner company, or just kick your feet up and watch TV with a bowl of popcorn. Walk down my hall to my master bedroom. There is plenty of room there! I'll even throw in my little deck directly off my master bedroom. Not bad, you think?
OK, let's go upstairs. You see my other two bedrooms there? Lots of light and big windows! You're at the beach; let the sun shine in! My east facing upper bedroom has a sliding glass door accessible deck too! Step outside; now that's why you want to live at the beach, right? Look down to the end of the road and you'll see that beach access my builders were thinking about. On the other side is the Atlantic. All within easy walking distance.
