*CAMA Update: met with CAMA out at the lot on 6/27/23, we were able to confirm we can have a bulkhead and were shown the MHW line indicating where we could start the retention wall (matches up with the neighbors). In order to confirm a boat lift could be installed CAMA said we would have to hire a surveyor to do a hydrographic survey (measure water depths) to tell us how far out the dock would have to go in order to reach the 2 feet of water required to install a lift.
